Job Description:
Business Planning Administrators will be assisting Business Planners of each category who are responsible for delivering initiatives and forecasting.
The purpose of this role is to support Business Planning team for 6 months period in view of seasonal allocation in supply & demand.
Responsibilities
- Owner/ coordinator of supply tool allocation
- Daily supply assessments based on allocation
- Provide risk management data to BP/MAL/ Customer Teams
- Customer hard allocation process to be implemented
- Upload into SAP allocations
The Person:
" Previous experience working on SAP system
" Strong computer skills including Excel ( min pivot tables)
" Communication & collaboration, ability to build relationships quickly
" Quick learning to pick up the new systems
