Business Admin Internship
Internship, Sales/Customer Service Admin, (Full time)
This position involves working with our sales and customer service teams in a professional and fast-paced environment. You will be assisting with the process of organising business and IT training for our customers, working with external partners within the marketing industry.
Our client is looking for a highly-motivated intern with strong administrative skills, to help with day-to-day tasks in departments where accuracy and attention to detail are vital.
Your main tasks will be:
- Assisting the sales support team by processing enquiries, managing your own case load
- Highly organised and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Working with the customer service team by checking and allocating training resources and reviewing post-course feedback
- Helping the sales team with customer support and admin tasks
Your strengths are:
- Keen eye for detail and strong organisation skills
- Must have a great telephone manner.
- Understanding of business processes and office admin tasks
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ideally, you have studied Business Studies or Business Administration
