Job Description
Looking to kick start your career within a fun and busy Recruitment company?!!!

Duties include:
•Answer calls and respond to emails - contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
•Handle client inquiries by both telephone and email.
•Obtain client information and populate spreadsheets as requested by the manager.
•Respond to clients' requests for agency workers online or by phone.
•Research required information using available resources and check with the manager when not sure.
•Log and refer all client complaints to the manager.
•Provide clients with Care 1 professional Services Ltd information.
•Enter new client information and update exisiting client information into the data base as may be assisgned by the manager.
•Help with filling documents, chasing references, request pending information from job applications e.g. ap0plication forms, education and traiing certification etc as may be requested from time to time by the manager.
•Idenifty and escalate priority issues.
•Route calls to agency workders as may be requested by the manager.
•Follow up customers as assigned by the manager.
•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
•Complete call logs and produce call reports.
•Meeting weekly, monthly or quarterly targets as set and agreed by the manager.

Excellent Interpersonal Verbal And Written Communication, Skills Excellent Time Management And Scheduling Skills, Able To Work To Tight Timescales
