The role is varied across Business Admin and includes some Social Media and Marketing.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Business admin & general marketing
Manage daily Social Media campaigns
Use estate agency software to update and generate letters, window cards and so on
Carrying out referencing checks & completing lettings files
Booking various appointments and registering applicants
Capturing customer online reviews
Manage daily Social Media campaigns
Analyse effectiveness of Social Media campaigns
Create and manage published content (video and images)
Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns

Qualifications required At least 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (C grade and above) including English and Maths.
Future prospects The role leads to full time employment on completion of satisfactory probationary period.
Things to consider Good IT skills. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
