Job Description
Our client is seeking an individual to join our team as an Office Administrator, alongside training for a Certification in Business Administration. Full training will be provided, both ‘on-the-job’, and through external providers. 

You will report into the Office Manager, assisting with their current workload, including but not limited to; 
  • administrative work
  • assisting with support to CEO
  • facilities management
  • event management
  • social media
  • HR duties.

This will be a busy and varied role, therefore you will need to be willing and able to complete a large variety of tasks. 

You will be a driven, dynamic and personable individual, eager to get into the world of business. You will be a logical thinker, and problem solver, with a willingness and desire to learn and develop. 

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the skills required to be successful in an office environment, giving you a solid base to start your career. 

There is the potential for this role to become permanent once the qualification is complete. 

Requirements and prospects Desired skills
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The drive and ambition to learn and develop
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Solid time management skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress software (desirable)
  • Experience using a variety of social media applications (desirable)
