This Customer Service Administrator opportunity is a real mix of community work; building relationships with activity leaders, businesses and the general public; meeting and greeting customers; researching projects; updating the programme of events and back up administration. It is perfect for someone dynamic, creative and with lots of ideas who would like the chance to make a difference.
This Customer Service Administrator role would suit a brilliant communicator who can engage with people from diverse backgrounds and who is passionate about the local community, has lots of initiative and loves getting involved!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (some evenings or weekends with time off in lieu).

To be successful in this Wembley Park based Customer Service Administrator role, you will have:
*Previous administration / customer services / reception experience within a customer focused environment
*Experience working in a community centre preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*High level of customer focus
*Helpful, proactive and dynamic approach
*Strong IT literacy and MS Office skills
*Ideally InDesign
*Basic knowledge of social media
*Exceptional organisational and co-ordinating talents
*High attention to detail
*Additional languages would be used!
Key accountabilities within this Customer Service Administrator role include:
*Meeting and greeting customers
*Building relationships with activity leaders, general public and local businesses
*Taking bookings
*Setting up suppliers and customers
*Organising finances and payments
*Ensuring the space is presentable and ready for bookings
*Setting up activities
*Organising cleaning, security and stock checks
*Keeping a track of Health and Safety compliance, licensing etc
*Providing admin support relating to the activities
*Liaising with schools, retailers etc
*Sending out surveys
*Collecting and collating data into Mailchimp and Access database
*Updating the monthly programme of events
