Our client is looking for a capable, motivated Systems Administrator to take on responsibility for the administration, configuration and maintenance of 3rd party and bespoke applications, managed and developed by the Business Applications team. The Business Applications team is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and support of applications primarily focused on Sales, Partner Relationship Management and Customer Services. Part of a global team, the Business Applications Systems Administrator will work closely with Product Managers, CRM Developers and Support in managing the daily routine operations, administration and maintenance of various applications including CPQ and E-Signature solutions. They will also be responsible for the ongoing configuration of the applications and for providing support of these solutions.
Responsibilities :
Configuration and administration of business applications including CallidusCloud CPQ and DocuSign
Provide 2nd line support for applications, working with Support and Developers where appropriate to resolve any issues
Work with Sales Enablement team to build and maintain relevant enablement materials
Work with relevant business stakeholders to gather requirements to enhance and improve functionality and features
Deliver new features and application enhancements through configuration and working with relevant development teams
Measure and report on application CXi (Customer Experience index), as well as usage and efficiency metrics
Monitor end-user usage of applications and perform daily administrative tasks• configuration and administration of business applications including CallidusCloud CPQ and DocuSign
Qualifications : Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant undergraduate degree or demonstrable experience in a similar role
Hands on experience in supporting users on business applications
Administration/configuration of sales focused business applications
Technical foundation, including basic levels of programming experience preferred
Experience of scripting (preferably Python scripting language)
Experience working with CPQ software solutions (e.g. CallidusCloud, APTTUS, Steelbrick)
Understanding of agile project management principles
The candidate needs to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of overall lead-to-order processes, experience of working with products, pricing, quoting and order management applications would be an advantage
Experience working with NetSuite CRM
