Job Description
Part time applicants of 24hours a week will be considered and the home will also accept candidates that wish to work only night shifts (but NOT only day shift working).Applicants are required to be a Registered Nurse (RN1) with a valid NMC PIN. This is a challenging, varied and busy role applicants should be focused, reliable and can work flexibly
The main responsibilities of the Staff Nurse are:-
To provide high quality, evidence-based nursing care to Residents admitted to the Home.
To deliver high quality, evidence-based and Resident focused clinical care.
To work effectively as part of the immediate team and wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
To uphold a duty of care and clinical governance.
To maintain own and others knowledge of clinical excellence.
