Our client needs a Data Administrator within our Business Services Department with a meticulous approach and excellent communication skills.
In this role you will assist the Head of Information Services & Website Editor to ensure they maximise enquiries from potential new clients through the website and other channels. You will be responsible for extracting website data for further analysis, , setting up and monitoring website enquiry forms, and checking the quality of the website and contact databases. You will also support the Firm by providing administrative support to the research and library service, and firm’s Intranet.
To be successful you must demonstrate:
A degree level qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience in managing data.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office and ability to work with databases.
Excellent Demonstrable knowledge of data manipulation, processes and techniques.
Good demonstrable experience in producing reports.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
A willingness to learn various systems, including our case management system, Liberate, website CMS, Kentico, quality control took Siteimprove, and library cataloguing system.
Some knowledge of html and content management systems will be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
