Job Description
A growing blue chip organisation is seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Agents to join their customer support team. The role will involve duties such as taking inbound calls, monitoring systems, communicating with staff & emergency services and providing a customer focused service. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer care. The role will involve taking a number of inbound calls.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Strong communications skills
Prior experience in a busy customer focused office environment

Responsibilities:

Providing a high level of customer service
Monitoring of systems
Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner
Liaise with emergency services when required
Produce written incident reports
Taking inbound calls
Provide incident response
