So, what will you be doing as our Customer Service Advisor? 

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be expected to deal with general customer queries regarding policies, documents and deadlines. Before you think “oh no not car insurance and cold calling”, well they are primarily an incoming call centre! So no aggravated customers on your phone line hanging up on you, they will be calling you to pay money or ask a query! The company is looking for professional candidates who have experience in a similar field; however this is not essential as full training will be given. You will also be given set targets to achieve and will have constant feedback through out the year to check how you are doing. 

Day to day Customer Service Advisor role…. 

The role is mainly phone based. There is even the chance, if you want to, to attend car shows to collect customer data which not only will you be paid extra for but will give you better understanding of the types of vehicles they insure. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am – 2:00pm 

Customer Service Advisor benefits & salary:

Their starting salary is £15,000 - £17000 depending on experience. At the end of the year you will have a final grading which can earn you up to £25,765.
