An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the largest Shipping Companies in the World. The role is an Import Customer Service Representative and the successful candidate will be from a Shipping, Freight or Logistics background. The main duties will be to handle onward movement and release of all cargo arriving into the UK from Asia and America. Receive the delivery/release instructions by phone or via e-mail. Dealing with Hazardous Cargo, Out of Gauge and Refrigerated. The successful candidate must have a very high level of customer service and communication skills. Strong IT experience.
