Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a growing and fast moving company. This is an office-based role primarily on the phone, dealing with businesses operating in the transport and logistics industry. The candidate will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and a driven person. We are looking for someone with Customer Service and/or Account Management experience.
The role will include;
- High volume of Inbound & Outbound calls
- Dealing and resolving disputes between customers
- Training on our website
- Seeking opportunities for customers to increase their own business potential
- Technical issues
- Dealing with customer complaints between customers, sorting resolutions.
Experience and Skills required;
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A good telephone manner
- Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge
- The ability to communicate with people of all levels within a business
- The ability to work in a team
- Persistence, drive and enthusiasm
- Customer Service experience within a B2B environment
