Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a growing and fast moving company. This is an office-based role primarily on the phone, dealing with businesses operating in the transport and logistics industry. The candidate will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and a driven person. We are looking for someone with Customer Service and/or Account Management experience.

The role will include;

  • High volume of Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Dealing and resolving disputes between customers
  • Training on our website
  • Seeking opportunities for customers to increase their own business potential
  • Technical issues
  • Dealing with customer complaints between customers, sorting resolutions.

Experience and Skills required;

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A good telephone manner
  • Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge
  • The ability to communicate with people of all levels within a business
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Persistence, drive and enthusiasm
  • Customer Service experience within a B2B environment
