As the Customer Service Executive you will
- be a team player but be able to work individually and also within a team
- have a positive mindset and be proactive
- build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs and provide a solution to them
- understand the benefits of products and be able to explain these clearly to customers
- overcome objections that customers may present
- be able to provide suggestions to the management team to provide the best product offering
This role will involve speaking to potential customers but it does not require cold calling or outbound sales calls.
Profile
Ideal Customer Service Executive candidates will have
- worked in an office environment, ideally within a customer service or sales
- worked within a KPI driven environment
- have a passion for customer service
- be positive and proactive
- be a team player
As part of the interview process, a German proficiency test will be completed.
