Job Description

Our client is a well-established IFA practice requires a New Business Administrator who can cover maternity leave for a 1 year contract.

Our client offers a wide range of Financial Services products including Pensions and Investments

You will need to have experience working within an IFA practice and experience completing suitability letters is essential

Duties will Include:

Produce post-submission business documentation and process to completion business submissions

Ensure that business submissions achieve full Financial Conduct Authority regulatory

Ensure that all CWM business submission documentation is appropriately filed and/ or archived

Ensure that client files are accurately maintained and updated in line with data protection requirements

Provide the CWM practice leadership with administrative input and support as required

Skills and Experience required:

Experience of working within an IFA Practice

Experience completing suitability letters through to completion

Financial Services qualifications are desirable

High level of compliance
