Job Description
Business Provisioning Administrator

Our client is looking for a strong admin person to join their Business Provisioning Team to support the online ordering processes. The candidate need to have good communication skills and be customer focused in order to communicate with customers as well as suppliers.

You will have the chance to support the Team leader, for example in supporting training and onboarding of employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer orders are sent to supplier at least cost to the business and within agreed timescales. 
  • An order may contain a Single individual order or multiple orders in support of the delivering of that site.
  • Place Non access & corporate platform orders
  • To have responsibility for the creation and maintenance of accurate database records.
  • Produce Monthly statistics measuring front office performance.
  • Maintain and update order tracker in a timely manner

    ·         Corporate Billing – ensure Repeat Billing effectively in place for all corporate customers

  • Ensure all customer orders are sent to supplier at least cost to the business and within agreed timescales.

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    PC literate & proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel, Sound knowledge of Suppliers Transmission Products including contractual lead-times, Must be methodical, Pay attention to detail, Good organizational skills, Good
