Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Administrator they requires someone who is confident, proactive, and willing to help to take on this temp to perm role within a respected IFA in London City. The role is diverse and will provide opportunities to learn from established Wealth Management professionals.

The Role:

  • Efficient communicator - you will be liaising with external clients and internal colleagues

  • Organised and accurate - updating databases with relevant and current information

  • Team player - able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting as and when needed

  • Knowledge of industry - ideally you will have a working understanding of the Wealth Management sector and the products it provides

  • Attention to detail - you will focus on generating information to assist with writing reports

Please be advised this is a 6 month contract role but the company are hoping to find someone who can progress into a permanent role.
