Promoting engagement with employers and apprentices and working closely with the Employer Development Managers to enhance activity with stakeholders
Working closely with participating providers on the live transfer process to promote enrolment and student membership

Offering customer support to employers and schools to raise awareness and interest
Making warm outbound customer service calls to a range of stakeholders to support and increase membership.
Working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods.
Promote live transfer of prospective students to participating training providers via phone and live chat
Receive inbound enquiries from prospective full members, students, employers, schools and to be able to demonstrate thorough product knowledge and follow set procedures.
Support attendance at recruitment events for training providers, employers, schools and career advisors.
Accurately record and update information using the CRM database for all activities
