Job Description

Customer Service Advisor

£8.65 per hour + holiday pay

Temp for 4 weeks with view of a 3/6 month contract

Flexible working hours - 5 days out of 7

Shifts will be 8am - 4pm or 12pm - 8pm on a rota basis

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who has a keen interest in football to join a company in the football and gaming industry in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day support - resolving queries by phone, email & live chat

  • Liaising with customers for age verification and compliance tasks

  • Responding to customers in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Liaising with members of the team

  • Outbound calls (no cold calling)

  • Gathering feedback from customers

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Advisor experience

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Good IT skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
