An exciting opportunity has arisen for a business administrator working for one of Europe's leading manufacturers in its field. An organised and bi-lingual administrator you will carry out general administration duties providing a dependable support function to the team.
Key responsibilities include: - Assisting account managers with day to day administration duties - Deal with customer queries on behalf of account managers ensuring the queries are investigated and resolved in a timely manner - Develop a strong understanding of the product systems by getting involved with the sales teams. - Managing customer accounts - Co-ordinate and provide product data for quotations/tenders, samples and specifications etc. -Ability to provide excellent customer support in a fast moving environment
The ideal candidate must be: - Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally in a relevant marketing/business discipline - have a minimum of a years experience in a similar B2B role - Be able to speak a second modern European language (verbal and written capability) - High levels of literacy and numeracy - Computer literate - Organised and possesses strong administration skills - Analytical and able to interpret data - Due to the location of the offices you must be a car owner.
