The Role
As their Customer Service Advisor, you will be speaking to brokers about what they have lined to closed throughout the week/month. You will be responsible for:
- Managing our existing portfolio of brokers
- Speaking with new brokers and ascertaining their needs
- Liaise with suppliers to keep our relationships solid
- Updating our brokers with prices
- Weekly pipeline updates with Brokers
The Candidate
To be considered for their Customer Service Advisor role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Able to think outside the box
- Do not need micro management
- A passion for problem solving
