Job Description

The Role
As their Customer Service Advisor, you will be speaking to brokers about what they have lined to closed throughout the week/month. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our existing portfolio of brokers
  • Speaking with new brokers and ascertaining their needs
  • Liaise with suppliers to keep our relationships solid
  • Updating our brokers with prices
  • Weekly pipeline updates with Brokers

The Candidate
To be considered for their Customer Service Advisor role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Able to think outside the box
  • Do not need micro management
