Job Description

A confident Customer Service Assistant with strong people skills is required to provide a high level of service to the prestigious customers of this well-known local organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day running of the customer service function and providing a high level of service

- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with enquiries and recording details of issues to investigate

- Ensuring total customer satisfaction and developing strong long term business relationships

- Collating a variety of data and producing detailed customer feedback reports for the management team

- Managing sales enquiries made via email and sending marketing material out to potential clients

- Maintaining the computerised customer database and updating information held when necessary
