Job Description

Would you like to be part of an organisation that's one of the biggest resellers in London?

They are looking to recruit for a confident and professional Customer Service Advisor to be a part of a growing team. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

  • Liaising across every department and suppliers
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls dealing with any enquiries
  • Being the first point of contact for any calls
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Sourcing products from suppliers
  • Raising quotations
  • Managing a portfolio of up to 30 existing clients

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Customer Service based position and be able to maintain a positive and friendly telephone manner at all times. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative and be willing to learn. They are looking for someone that wants to see the company progress, want to progress your own career and increase your knowledge and skill sets.
