As the first contact for all customers onsite you will be dedicated to providing a high level of customer satisfaction, providing a warm welcome to all. The primary focus will be to co-ordinate the flow of vehicles on site and arrival of customers.
Customer Services Specialist needed to help with the management of customers experience in a busy showroom environment based in Mill Hill.
• To greet all customers that come onsite – directing them to an appropriate area to park. • Manage all courtesy cars and sales demonstrators ensuring they are kept fuelled and clean at all times. • To ensure the car park is managed and all staff adhere to the vehicle flow diagram laid out. • To introduce customers to the Customer Advisor. • To handover courtesy cars to customers and show the basic controls. • To ensure the site is clear of rubbish and presentable by managing the pitch man’s time. • To maintain a courtesy car and demo mileage log.
The ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations, build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, understand and apply customer service techniques and to focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Product awareness desirable, IT Capability Experience, Customer Service practices and techniques
