Job Description

You will form part of a growing staff team. Your role initially will involve getting to know the individuals and contributing to the development of plans and programmes which will ensure they are supported using a person centred approach. You will support service users to lead as meaningful and as independent lives as possible. You will follow the guidelines set by the clinical team to ensure risks are managed effectively.

The hours for this role are 38 hours per week and they will be worked as part of a shift system.
