Job Description

We are currently looking for Passionate, Experienced Healthcare Assistant to work with Elderly, Dementia & Alzheimer’s Service Users within in a residential Nursing home.

Your role would be to motivate and encourage Service Users to be independent whilst supporting them with social, emotional and physical tasks and activities including personal care.

 As a Healthcare assistant, you will be working as a team with the other staff to provide a high quality of person centered care to each service user. Communicating effectively with service users, families and members of staff to find their likes and preferences.

ou will:

* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months/Preferably on the update service)

* MUST have at least 6 months UK experience in the care sector

* Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills

* MUST be happy to provide personal care

* Must have Level 2 NVQ or above in health and social care

* FULLY FLEXIBLE I.E (EARLIES, LONG DAYS, WEEKENDS, LATES AND NIGHTS)
