Job Description

The Care Workers work flexibly to respond to the needs of residents at all times. They enable and encourage service users to care for and undertake practical tasks for themselves so that the highest levels of independence are achieved.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality service to residents. Within this role you will be responsible for providing personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), providing assistance with administering medication and dealing with emergency calls. You will also be expected to attend staff meetings, supervision sessions with managers and required training events.
