The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager role for an International Fashion Retail business based in London. As Commercial Finance Manager this role will operate Internationally and be responsible for all aspects of Sales, Gross Profit, Mark-On and Markdown whilst managing a team.

The Commercial Finance Manager will review the daily, weekly and monthly margin actuals for the European businesses and ensure the drivers of any variances are understood and communicated to the relevant audience. They will partner with the E-Commerce business to understand the impact of growth plans on existing business systems and processes and support the businesses with ad-hoc queries and analysis.

The Commercial Finance Manager will ensure Finance stakeholders have an understanding of the key elements of inventory and its key components and how they influence business decisions. They will support their Stakeholders with insight into the key performance indicators across the business and supply chain. They will challenge existing processes and procedures, suggesting and implementing improvements whilst supporting the team through change projects which heavily impact the future growth plans of the business.

This is a high profile role with significant potential to progress and as such requires a high calibre finance professional who is qualified with a strong academic pedigree. They will have gained progressive experience in a fast-paced and ideally Consumer focussed environment and be keen to continue managing and developing a team.
