We are recruiting for health care assistants to join our clients fantastic nursing and residential home.

Job Description: 

To work with the clients to enable them to lead independent and fulfilling lives and to provide support to each individual following their care plan.

What you need:

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards supporting people to lead independent and fulfilling lives
• Understand policies and procedures
• The ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• Honest, reliable flexible and punctual
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
• NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable
• Experience in care desirable
