Job Description
Support Worker typical duties will involve assisting the residents to bathe, get dressed, prepare light meals and undertake social activities. You may also accompany the individuals in the community and attend appointments, or just be there to provide companionship throughout the day.
You should be an effective communicator with a caring approach, and understand the importance of providing support with dignity. You must be willing to work across a Rota pattern which may include some weekend and evening work.
You will have a good knowledge of safeguarding and adopt a person centered approach to the care and support you deliver.

You will:
* Have at least 6 months experience as a care assistant or care worker or support worker
* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months) or registered with the online update service
* Be able to work a shift pattern across mornings, evenings, nights, weekends
* Be passionate about working in care, flexible and adaptable
