Job Description

The role of the Community Care/Support Worker is different every day and will vary from person to person but may include:

·Practical Support - Domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, tidying, shopping, preparing and cooking meals and taking people out to the shops, doctors or social events.

·Personal Care – Help with getting up and getting ready for the day and settling in for the night, washing, bathing, and toileting.

Experience isn't necessary as we can teach you how to be a great home care worker/healthcare assistant with our outstanding training. What we can’t teach is your natural passion and desire to want to provide the best care possible.
