Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality service to our residents. Within this role you will be responsible for providing personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), providing assistance with administering medication and dealing with emergency calls. You will also be expected to attend staff meetings, supervision sessions with managers and required training events.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a care environment and will show the drive and passion required to go the “extra mile” for service users.

You should hold a QCF Level 2 or equivalent qualification in care or a related subject and you will be a strong team player who is reliable, punctual and professional. It is essential that you are a strong communicator with a good level of literacy and numeracy and that you have a keen eye for detail with the ability to follow written instructions.
