Your new role
Development Management Accountant required you will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller on a day to day basis. You will have full control of the monthly management accounts and work closely with the senior budget holders and developers. You will be responsible for providing up to date budget and forecasting and costing and holding monthly budget review meetings. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of assistant accountants.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA and have experience of working for a house builder, construction or housing and have been actively involved in the development side. You must be able to interview from home virtually and on board virtually.
