Duties

• Preparing Management Accounts pack including cashflow,commentary for various properties
• Managing a Portfolio of Property Accounts
• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations - debtors, creditors
• Bank Reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• Accrual, Journals
• Statutory Accounts
• Year End Accounts support

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

• Previous Management Accounts experience at least 3 years
• Proactive Attitude, Well Organised
• Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables
• Excellent Team Player, Outgoing Personality
