Job Description

This is a newly created role, a Part Qualified Commercial Finance Analyst is required to work for one of the UK’s leading Lifestyle business, based in Central London. Working for a well-known brand, this is an opportunity for an ambitious Part Qualified Accountant to progress within a Commercial Finance team.

Reporting to the Commercial Financial Controller for one of the divisions, you will be working in a team of 4 and sitting amongst a wider finance team of 8. You will be responsible for contributing to the weekly and monthly reporting cycle, budgeting and forecasting and long-term strategic planning. You will gain extensive exposure to working with senior stakeholders as a core part of the role will be to deliver financial information to non-finance personnel. Duties will include:

Responsibilities will include:

• Business partnering with various stakeholders across the business including supporting with expenditures
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting including providing the business with financial information
• Support with financial planning, Forecasts and Budgets
• Profit related projects, supporting the Head of Marketing

The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA part qualified who is actively studying towards their qualification (having sat an exam in the past 12 months) and who wants to progress in their career with a multinational business. A good level of Excel experience is essential along with previous experience within a commercial role. You will be confident, credible and articulate in your delivery, as influencing and challenging Senior Stakeholders and non-finance are a key part of your role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
