The firm actively encourage Audit teams to add value to clients, so you will provide technical guidance and expertise as required whilst also supporting with the review of internal financial controls. As part of this process you will also identify potential risks to business leaders, influencing key decisions on process improvement. Audit Seniors are also expected to mentor and develop junior staff members, managing workloads when leading client Audits.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with prior experience working within Accountancy Practice. You will be comfortable working in a client facing role with the ability to manage client relationships. As the role develops there will be an opportunity to support business development activities and as such, candidates will need excellent communication skills. Experience with cloud based accounting packages would also be advantageous.
