Accountant

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

£42,000 + Free Parking + Pension

This is a brilliant opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic Accountant to join a successful local organisation and take full control of their accounts function.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the accounts function and producing a wide range of management reports

- Supervising team of accounts staff and providing support and guidance as needed

- Overseeing the production of the sales, purchase and nominal ledger to trial balance level

- Calculating, preparing and completing quarterly VAT returns and submitting online to HMRC

- Supervising the production of staff payroll and submitting monthly PAYE returns

- Preparing year end accounts, annual statutory returns and co-ordinating Limited Company audits
