The Person

Fully qualified accountant with systems implementation experience who will become an influential member of both the Finance and Management teams

The successful candidate will be expected to make a major contribution to the implementation and monitoring of the businesses and Group policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish, measure, analyse and report on the performance and plans of the business, within an agreed format and timescales, to achieve business objectives and KPI's

Main point of contact with Group for compliance with reporting and accounting policies

Main point of contact for the management and development of financial controls within the business

Liaison with both internal and external auditors, and other external agencies.

Epicor experience is highly desirable, however systems implementation experience is essential

Completion of monthly management accounts for submission and approval of local board.

This is a hands on operational and compliance role with the day to day management of a busy Finance office, encompassing all of the duties you would expect in this role


Skills and Competencies

Possess the ability to provide sound financial information, support and liaison to operational, commercial and senior management.

Must possess a wide range of experience within a similar environment, and is able to deal with technical and people related issues at all levels.
