As a Support Worker, you’ll be responsible for empowering, encouraging and meeting the needs of vulnerable people. In this rewarding role, you’ll work with individuals who have high support needs, including Autism and challenging behaviours

Building strong relationships, you’ll create tailored care plans that help customers’ to thrive in their community.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Ensuring that individuals in your care are comfortable and supported
-Enabling people to make full use of community facilities
-Ensuring that medication procedures are followed
An adaptable and resilient approach is also key.Patient and empathetic, as a Support Worker, you must be an excellent listener with strong communication skills. You must also have great time-management and planning abilities.
Previous experience gained within the healthcare sector would be beneficial to your application. Please note, preference will be given to candidates who are available for an immediate start.
