Job Description

You will have primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, mainly owner managed businesses who range in size from pre-revenue to large corporate groups with international operations.

The role offers a significant tax advisory element and working with the Partners you will gain exposure to a range of tax planning assignments. Projects will vary from group reorganisations to MBO’s, acquisitions and disposals, R&D, international taxes and succession planning.

This could appeal to a Senior Tax Accountant looking for career progression or an existing manager looking for a change. You will be qualified (ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA) with previous Business Tax experience.
