Job Description

 With a remit to support the global and divisional business management community and Senior Executives, whilst reporting to Divisional Finance Management in the provision of global & divisional financial analysis and financial advice, a broad and varied brief includes:

•Lead financial reviews & analysis of key financial/business drivers for a portfolio of global divisions (t/o range from £50m-£150m)
•Monitoring financial performance against budget, variance analysis & highlighting trends or issues
•Development of strong relationships with Divisional Finance & Business Managers to understand divisional business models
•Assisting with preparation of analytics for reports & presentations for Business Managers & Execs & strategy meetings
•Lead trend analysis & modelling (in Tableau) on future potential performance based on a complex range of assumptions
•Proactively identifying financial impacts, issues & opportunities
•Assisting with preparation of high-level plans (divisional strategies), budgets & reforecasts for portfolio groups
•Supporting project-related work driven by specific strategic & business development initiatives including people, process & systems (Tableau)
•Supporting the continual business improvement of weekly flash & monthly group management reports
