Finance Manager - IT business - £55,000 - £65,000

My Client operates within the IT industry, they aim to provide the best IT services to some of the world's leading branded marketing, PR and communication agencies spanning the globe. The opportunity has become available for a high profile Finance Manager to join their well established and successful finance team.

As the Finance Manager you will report to the Reporting into the regional Finance Leader EMEA and APAC, the role will work within the controllership team to lead the designing and delivery of finance processes and to manage the planning, reporting and accounting across respective markets.

A snapshot of what the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensure that information necessary to comply with statutory regulations is adequately supported by central based financial system
• Meet all group reporting deadlines
• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of group consolidation system
• Assist line manager and senior leadership on special projects
• Manage remote relationships with key finance leaders across the globe
• Design and deliver core finance processes including financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and analysis
• Effectively manage and control actual costs against budgets and forecast
• Work with the Finance shared service centre to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
• Ensure deployment and oversight of a robust control framework under Sarbanes Oxley legislation

To be considered for this opportunity you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). You will have high levels of accounting and reporting skills and advanced communication skills including the ability to manage multiple remote relationships with key finance leaders across the globe. The ability to manage multiple projects and challenging timelines and a proven ability work in a large matrix organisation
