Job Description

Global organisation urgently requires an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their company on a temporary assignment for 3 months. This means the accounts payable clerk would have to be immediately available or available at short notice. The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

  • Monthly reconciliations of vendors
  • Posting of invoices into the accounting system
  • Purchase order processing
  • Raising payments to vendors
  • Other general ad hoc and admin duties

The successful accounts payable clerk will have a strong background in accounts payable and will acquire high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong excel skills are also essential. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
