An exciting role for an actively studying Financial Analyst who is looking to work in a Dynamic and Growing Property Company.

Based in Central London this organisation is one of London's largest and fastest growing Property Companies in the City.

Description

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following duties

• Provide detailed Analyses to report to Key Stakeholders and aid important business decisions.
• Support the Business Partnering team by creating Financial Models.
• Manipulate complex data using Macros and VBA
• Provide ad-hod reports and analyses as required

Profile

The successful Financial Analyst will be actively studying ACCA or CIMA and have exposure to creating Financial Models, advanced Excel Skills including Macros are required. Exposure to the Property Sector is desirable but not essential.

Job Offer

A salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 plus benefits.
