Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing financial services company based in Finchley. You will report into the Finance Director and work alongside the Accountant to carry out daily accounting responsibilities.Responsibilities as a Bookkeeper include:
- Posting daily accounts using both Sage and bespoke software
- Reconciling daily to bank accounts
- Reviewing and preparing financial information for new and existing customers
- Provide finance information to other internal business teams
- Operational management of the debt portfolio
- Other ad-hoc administrative and accounting dutiesThe Bookkeeper will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience ideally within the finance industry. You will have a relevant qualification (AAT/Bookkeeping) and have experience using Sage 50 Accounts software. It is essential you are confident, pro-active and able to use your initiative to grow within the company as well as good communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Working as a Bookkeeper, you will be entitled to 28 days holiday including public holidays, a range of health benefits, training on internal systems and working hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.If you have previous Bookkeeper experience and are looking for a new challenge, please apply today!
