Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established, family run business as a bookkeeper based in Waltham Cross. You will ideally have good Payroll and Accounts experience. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours offered.
Responsibilities:
Processing of payroll adjustments required for monthly payroll
supporting Finance Manager with payroll processing and pension reporting.
Supporting other member of the team with invoices ensuring they are recorded and paid
Dealing with Supplier queries.
Accounting for prepayments and fixed assets
Maintaining cash book transactions
reconciliation of bank accounts
Supporting the processing of VAT returns.
Oversee petty cash and card expenditure management
Assistance in preparing the annual accounts
Supporting Finance Manager with preparation of monthly management accounts
