Temporary to Permanent sole charge Bookkeeper job in the West End for a leading Leisure Company Please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period. Your new company This market leading but evolving restaurant chain based in an extremely vibrant part of London, have recently expanded their operations which has caused an increase in the work within this company. Your new role You will be working in a sole charge capacity as a bookkeeper reporting directly into the Financial Director (who is on site once a week). You will be responsible for all transactional finance such as taking accounts payables and receivables to trial balance as well as the company payroll. You will be able to work independently and have a high attention to detail, as this is a position you can make your own. As the company is growing, there is potential for future management of junior members of staff as they increase the heads in the team. What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience working in a similar bookkeeping role, taking accounts to trial balance and supporting the payroll function (using Sage Payroll). Using the system Sage Line 50 will be a huge benefit for this role as they need a candidate to hit the ground running with this system. You will need to confident at liaising with areas of the business and high end luxury retailers, and have the accounting knowledge to come across competent and confident.
