Technically you will have at least 5 years PHP experience and understand how to optimise PHP and use shared caching systems. Web services experience is also desired. Ultimately you will understand enterprise level solutions, scaling procedures and continuous integration.As this organisation, although well established, still has a start-up mentality, and you will be expected to have an entrepreneurial flair, a sensible business head and the gravitas to sit at exec level and be believable. In return for your work you will be payed to £60,000 plus bonuses, health, 25 days and share options.
